Manager Roles and Responsabilities

Working as a people manager for some time I found useful to clear out all my duties at the time so I could focus on them to help me achieve more. I distributed the main chores in 4 branches: Administrative, Operational, People and Management duties. I also added 2 additional branches with some skills and aspects a good manager should have or develop to own a good manager toolkit for his job. Any feeback or comments are appreciated.
