This workshop will show you how to use mind maps for team level planning, right
up to strategic business planning. Mind maps enable you to switch easily between
the big picture and the small details, making them the ideal tool for planning out
complex scenarios and projects, and identifying clear actions and responsibilities.

- Create, edit and navigate planning maps using mind map software
- Use maps to align thinking around intentions quickly and easily
- Run planning meetings using mind maps to structure/guide discussion
- Use mapping to identify actions and assign tasks

- Use mind maps to help problem solving and decision making
- Create basic project plans using mind maps
- Present plans to others using mind maps
- Plan anything from a wedding to world domination

Additional requirements:
Each participant will need access to a computer with mind mapping software installed
either as a trial or full version. Not sure which software to use? Just let us know,
and we can help you decide which might suit you best. We don’t sell software, so
you can be sure of getting impartial and honest advice!
