Jim Franklin
Project Management Professional with over 22 years of environmental and infrastructure project experience. Managed over $500M of Government contracts in California. A dynamic presenter, an engaging instructor, and is passionate about using mind mapping software for project planning and creating winning proposals. Presented mind mapping techniques at numerous conferences including PMI Global Congress, Project World, and APMP Training Day. Conducted many high level hands-on-workshops. Uses MindView 5 in current role as a proposal and project manager, as well as a teaching tool at the University of California San Diego (UCSD) Project Management Extension Program. Actively participates in the Project Management Institute (PMI) San Diego Chapter and hosts the Monthly PMI Career Breakfast Meeting in Rancho Bernardo, California.
