I was getting really fat a few months ago - 50th birthday approaching - not looking or feeling good! So I did something about it. This.

After a ton of trawling the internet, many (falsely) promising books bought and crazy on-line programmes followed, I finally managed to piece together a system that worked for me.

As I said, there are a million diet 'solutions' out there, and this is nothing new. I'm also not a weight-loss guru and don't intend becoming one. All it is, is just a combination of what I liked, what made sense to me, and in the end what was actually do-able and stickable-to.
