鱼缸会议（Fishbowl Meeting）是一种组织会议的方式。不同的群体本着合作的精神，一起分享各自的观点和资讯。因此，让销售部门与客户服务部、或高层管理人员与管理顾问碰头，对各部门进行诊断。被诊断的部门自始至终不能发言，只能记录其它部门的意见。由于这时候，被诊断的部门好像鱼缸中供人观赏的金鱼，因此，这种会议被称为鱼缸会议。
