This is the way GTD works for me.

Tags: collect the first step is collecting all of the information that is bouncing around in your head by getting it out of your mind. your mind wastes a lot of energy by neurotically keeping those ideas fresh in your memory - you just can't stop thinking about them. your thinking process will tend to go in circles constantly thinking and worrying about the tasks that you must not forget. is it actionable? yes no project planning will it take less than two minutes? do it !! delegate it defer it calender it hot list trash it !!! keep it for reference some day
