Secular Library Classification (SLC) is a simple hierarchy list of concepts that challenges the qualities of the Dewey Decimal (DDC) and Library of Congress (LCC) classification systems. The SLC is a system for organizing diverse information into a comprehensible system that the DDC and LCC fail to deliver. We recognize this, because we do not use the DDC, or LCC, to organize our computer file directories; the SLC is more apt to handle the paramters.
