Its like learning to ride a bike. Learn from someone showing you. Also, you never know what little habit might throw you off balance. So it valuable if someone shows you what to do and prevents unecesary crashes. eg. Helps you adjust the seat. Get the pedals aligned for a good push off. How to do traffic lights. Road position etc. Its the same with using a mind map to brainstorm, class notes, research, essay outlines and summarising revision for an exam. We recommend breaking it down into realistic 'wins'.
