Un des obstacles majeurs de la methode Getting Things Done (GTD) de David Allen, est la question : comment choisir la prochaine action ? Allen donne 4 criteres qui agissent comme autant de filtres : d'abord, le contexte (suis-je au bureau, a la maison, en voyage ?) ; ensuite, le temps qu'il me faut pour accomplir et une action et celui dont je dispose ; et puis l'énergie dont je dispose et celle necessaire pour accomplir une action ; enfin, le niveau de priorite des actions qui restent apres le filtrage des autres criteres...
