I did not know this principle until this morning. It inspired me to research and I found out that by fixing the top 20% of reported bugs, 80% of the errors and crashes could be eliminated. Unfortunately this is not my experience in 30 years of programming with Microsoft products. And unfortunately the 80-20 is not valid for 'Work 20% of your time to settle 80% of your tasks'. Have a nice 100%-week.
