Understanding self & others a brain-based approach

this map is an outline of recent neuroscience research (based on work by David Rock) the SCARF model is a great ay to understand how we and others may react under certain conditions - useful in use in coaching with individual and project teams - I have then used mind maps to help create how the project team can work together to maximise the positive aspects and reduce negative impacts. also useful as a basis for gathering fact and behavioural information for feedback.
