Benefits of Good Sleep

Good sleep is critical to good health. It improves learning and allows for clearer thinking. A well rested person has a stronger immune system and better heart health. Metabolic hormones like leptin, ghrelin and insulin are better regulate after a good sleep, which in turn leads to better weight control. Most importantly, sleep well reduces the risk of accidents when driving.

When you are really tired, go to sleep.
