It is estimated that about 10% of the population have Dyslexia to some degree. It affects people in different ways so no two people with the condition will have exactly the same set of challenges, skills and strengths Dyslexia is commonly associated with reading writing and spelling difficulties but, as the map shows, it can affect people in other ways including learning and communicating with others.
