Conversation Design for Participation and Innovation that Work

Date:: 29 April 2022 | 4.00pm (London BST
Duration: 60 mins
Premium
A scientist and corporate Executive turned Business Consultant, Marco has worked with startups, established Corporations and Institutions to forge a new leadership paradigm and foster meaningful innovation. Facilitating groups through metaphors’ building (LEGO Serious Play, storymaking) and effective participatory methods (Liberating Structures), he is helping them to achieve an unprecedented level of responsibility and ownership in any conventional design process, i.e shifting from “design thinking” to “design behaving". In this talk he’ll share his perspective on accessible, practicable innovation, his experience on designing conversations to choose the right challenges and develop innovation that matters, to be more “anthropologists” than "data-miners", more “gardeners” than “architects”…and how the essence of Mind Mapping can help.
