TDBoK - Talent Development Capability Model

A mind map to help me begin navigating the TDBoK (Talent Development Body of Knowledge) as I more fully immerse myself in the ATD community and the world of learning and development. The mind map shows the 3 key domains in the TD Capability Model and the 23 capabilities beneath. I've marked the capabilities that I feel most relate to my field and Biggerplate, so will prioritise these for attention first, and build my notes, research, and ideas into this mind map (and connected mind maps) over time to help me in my learning journey. Other ATD members may like to use this mind map as the foundation for their own study and note taking, so I thought I'd share it here!
