High level view of the strategic planning workshop.

Using the excellent strategic planning model from the book, 'Playing to Win' by A.G. Lafley and Roger L. Martin, this map is a high level overview of the strategic planning model and the process I use in strategic planning workshops. I included this map in the Biggerplate webinar on 5 September, 2019. This model is highly adaptable and easily understood. I use mind mapping throughout the workshop to ensure all participants can view ideas and progress in one view. I have found this far more beneficial to achieving real outcomes with an engaged group of participants in comparison to something like PowerPoint.
