Web TV provides the facility for the content from meetings and events to be captured, indexed and shared amongst communities of practice. Programmes within the web channel will be created using the Annotag platform which facilitates organisations with e-learning, corporate knowledge management, marketing, virtual events and client service capabilities. Donald Taylor, Learning Technologies states “Progressive companies are increasingly harnessing online video. The Annotag platform is a really powerful enabler in this regard – a fast, simple ‘capture and tag’ process, and a new level of ‘in video search and retrieval.’ The Mindmap provides examples of how the TV Web Channel has been used. The Learning Technologies showcase extends to further sub-levels covering conference topics and linking to each of the constituent presentations.
