Strategic Project Review Template

Adapted from a map that was used at Biggerplate at the start of 2012 to outline all the current and potential projects that require our attention over the course of 2012. Each project is placed on the map according to the potential time frame, and the tech involvement, but you may choose to alter the criteria for placement. We also used map markers to identify long term strategic projects, items for immediate attention, and other criteria. Use this mind map to scope out all the projects currently in motion at your organisation, and you will quickly have a sense of the total picture.
