This was one of my students from France. He was going to an interview and I interrogated him beforehand at his request. We laid out the key characteristics the job description listed and then mapped his skills to the job characteristics. He, of course, sold himself short in a written resume, but after a couple of interrogations we had a good mapping of his skills. We did this for each different interview and job description, and with a number of different students in my class.
