Risk Management Matrix and Tool

This Risk Management Matrix can be used by individuals and small teams to capture and ensure high visibility and ownership of key project risks. The risk matrix is used to set the impact score for each risk, weighted to emphasise consequence more than probability, although this scoring can easily be changed. Using iThoughts features including conditional format to set Impact score colours on the table and each risk and calculations to count the total number of risks and their overall average impact.
