This was my son's sixth grade social studies unit review. He was learning about Mesopotamia. For his review, he wanted to focus on one thing, a big memory, that he takes away from this unit. He wanted to connect to his life now. What about this unit helped him understand how it affects his life directly today. He used his tool to help him organize his thoughts and integrate his GRAPES (geography, religion, politics, economics, science ) connections.
