Motives are important for reflecting our own behaviour. I am well aware that the mind map looks plain and simple, but when you dive into it, you will notice the subject itself is not simple at all. We use it to ask clients why the drank drove because we often get shallow and external answers at first, but the more we dive to the other side of this mind map, the internal motives the picture becomes deep and surprising because the client starts to reflect on himself. If you want to dive into your internal motives, ask yourself W-questions.
