Process Definition: A Documentation Guide and Template

Typically a business process is mapped as a diagram. Many times the map needs to be supported by additional text to document the required aspects of the process. A "Process Definition" document can be prepared for each process and will include both a core set of attributes and optional attributes needed to meet the goals of the particular analysis exercise.
