Co-creating retention and growth

The swim lanes identify responsibilities across the broader business development reach, from the sales manager, to the account manager, to solution or partner specialists, through to the customer.

As a process, it incorporates clear steps and handoffs to avoid confusion.

Also, for some reason, the swim lanes have not uploaded exactly as produced, i.e. a wonky line. Hopefully, this will still be of some value.
