As a teacher in Singapore, I realise some students have difficulty answering exam questions smartly. In Singapore's PSLE, smart answering technique is key to get marks! We must only state the visible physical characteristics which can be seen from the images given. Never compare shape, size and colour. Never compare functional characteristics (e.g. can fly, need food, can swim, can move). Use key words like 'Both' and 'But'. I have summarised some key points in this Mind Map. There are other groups of animals like Arachnid, which is not in the Singapore PSLE syllabus, hence I have excluded it for simplicity. PNG version can be found at my CVT Facebook page. Enjoy! =)
