What should professionals (eg in health, social care, etc) think about and do when identifying, organising, assessing and presenting evidence for a court, inquiry, decision, argument, etc? This mind map identifies some of the so many issues and offers some advice. It was prepared as a background resource to support a workshop, under the same title, at a conference primary attended by senior social workers, in Northern Ireland on July 1 and 2, 2018. Further detail (eg notes on particular nodes) may be added, and improvements made, before and after the conference. The author is an Associate of Ulster University and was a Reader in Law and Behavioural Sciences at the University of Southampton.
