Presenting a training proposal

Unusually, the sequence starts at the top left in this case (Background). At the start of the meeting, each participant received an A4 printout (with a customised header and footer). I presented from an A2 printout of the detailed version of the same mind map (with a much more organic style applied), which I opened out in front of me, for my own reference, one A4 panel at a time. Each participant maintained a clear overview, followed the transition from one topic to the next, and could easily make notes on individual points, all with only one non-distracting sheet of paper in front of them. After the meeting, I e-mailed a high-resolution PDF copy of the full mind map to each participant, so that everyone had a permanent record of all the information presented as well as their own individual notes.
