Bringing together a webinar with four speakers, each in separate countries, who hadn't met prior to the planning for the webinar, created a need for precise planning.

I use this mind map as the collaboration template, which became the detailed planning template, and after the planning, became the running sheet for the webinar.

Each participant had this document as a guide to the flow of the day and allowed us all to stay on track and on topic.
