E-mail Marketing: What to Watch for in 2011 (and Beyond)

Andrew Abram from Adestra gave a great talk about email marketing at Internet World (London) where he shared some of the insights gathered from their Email Marketing Census, and used this to give an overview of what companies are planning to do in 2011, and what they SHOULD be planning to do!
Big on the list were data cleansing, closer integration, and mobile engagement. Interesting stuff!
