I made this '5WplusH' mind map for you which you could use if you don't want to start with a blank map. It helps you to structure your thoughts when you are taking notes during a presentation, conversation or meeting. You can use the 'select' function to select one of the options (problem, decision, situation, project).

If you add tasks to this mind map you can quickly export them to a Excel task list using the aHa!1Way e.g after a meeting or if you need a Gantt chart with resource planning in Excel you could export the tasks (and milestones) using the aHa!2way add-in.
When using the '5WplusH' mind map for a project and waningt to send out progress reports as a matrix with color coding for status and exceptions I advice you to use the aHa!Matrix export (also great for designing or optimizing processes).

If you want to create a project dashboard out of your 5WplusH mind map you could use the aHa!Visual web export because your team members don't need to buy MindManager and still can click through the mind map seeing all the notes (and attachments become automatically a download) because it generates an HTML mind map which you can sore on a company server or publish to the web.
