Congruent Change

Successful habit change can be a challenge. However, when all the Neuro Logical Levels of Change are in alignment and agreement, transformational and permanent change can happen. I find this model helpful for working out job role descriptions too. Who do I need to be connected to in order to make this role work? Who am I when I fulfill this role? What beliefs and values are helpful for me to hold if I am to excel in this role? What skills-set is required? What habitual behaviours do I need to engage in to make this a success? What environmental resources and factors will help me do this well?
