Adele Revella's Buyer Personas: How to Gain Insight into Your Customer's Expectations, Align Your Marketing Strategies, and Win More Business describes a step-by-step approach to one of the key competencies required for content marketing success.
Most content marketing books devote a chapter or--in some cases--a part of a chapter to creating buyer personas.
The result more closely resembles "buyer profiles" than insight-generating, in-depth studies of the type that can lead to meaningful breakthroughs and better content.
