Re: ssmalley Thanks for the positive comment. Before I can make the map system available to the public, I have to clear some copyright topics with IIBA. Just to wet your appetite, the map system is, from an application point of view, a ‘real time information base’. All significant items of the BABOK are included and interlinked. There are also maps for ‘Output Where Used’, ‘External Sources Where Used’, and ‘Techniques Where Used’. In some cases, additional supporting documents are attached. You can also use the map system in real life applications by adding your company’s project related actual information into the topics, replacing the generic information with actual data. The result is a complete documentation of a project both in the highest granularity you had chosen and, by filtering, in an executive summary format. I have developed similar map systems for PMBOK-based and PRINCE2-based project management. Check back during the course of the year for public availability. Happy mapping, Dietmar
