How do you even begin to solve large, complex problems? They might also be called "wicked" or "messes". Over the past several years, I started putting together a structure to help myself and my organizations work successfully on those problems. Using this framework forces us to think about the solution elements in a more holistic manner, before we do very much. Due to Heisenberg's principle, just starting to look at the problem causes changes! And they are very non-linear with no ability to start from exactly the same position if we screw the solution up. Future iterations will link to the literature referenced by many of the descriptions.
