London 10K Races 2011

In an effort to encourage me to keep up/increase my running and exercise activities, I have entered myself into a few 10K races in London over the next two months. It's a good way for me to keep trying to improve and ensure I don't stop my exercise routine, and is also going to be a great way of seeing some nice new parts of London!

A mind map provided the perfect way for me to gather together the different races I have found, and see a simple snapshot of them all quickly and easily. It has also helped me to keep track of which races I have entered, and each of their details.

I have the map printed out on A3 paper on the wall of my house to remind me and motivate me to keep up my running. Good luck to any Biggerplate members who are taking part in any races or physical challenges this year, and if you use a mind map to help you prepare, please share it with us here!
