INSIGHTS

This Map is based on the Insights method document that describes the key characteristics of each of the four personality types characterised in the Insights process. My organisation is investing in our people and teams using the Insight method to identify individual personality types to improve self awareness, build better teams and improve individual and team communication. It is based on sound psychological principles and research and is in my opinion a significant improvement and development on older tools like Myers Briggs. I just wanted to share this map that explains the potential of the Insight approach.
