Business Process Definition - Guide and Template

Typically a business process is mapped as a diagram. Many times the map needs to be supported by additional text to document the required aspects of the process. A "Process Definition" document can be prepared for each process and will include both a core set of attributes and optional attributes needed to meet the goals of the particular analysis exercise. This map is both a guide to creating a Process Definition, with supporting notes, examples and tips, and may also be used as a template. The map also contains Word templates for 2007 and earlier versions.
